Awesome: We are out of surgery and having lunch.
Not-so-awesome: The Sidekick let the nurses know exactly how she felt about them in the post-op. Ummmmm...she's a 4 year old with opinions. The end.
Awesome: SKS's hip looks like it's healing well. She's got good range of motion in every joint all up her leg.
Not-so-awesome: She's still in a cast. We gotta do the drive again in 4 weeks to get it off. The cast is smaller though and just maybe we can find a way to help her walk around.
Just thought I'd share the update. Happy Tuesday to all and to all (at least to me) a good nap!

Yay! So happy to hear that everything went well and that no spunk was lost in that death-like sleep! I hope the next 4 weeks pass by smoothly!
Good news outweighs the bad! Yay! I'd secretly like to know what SK told the nurses. :)
